  1. MY ORDER

    I didn’t receive my order confirmation, how can I find my order details?

    You can find all your ticket orders in your account, in the section "My orders". Please check your spam or junk folders in your email inbox for your order confirmation.

    I would like to modify or cancel my order, how can I do this?

    In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, tickets for a sporting event and associated services are not subject to a right of withdrawal. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.  
    All orders are therefore firm and final.

    How can I download my invoice following my purchase ?

    You can download your invoice from your account in the section "My orders".

    I can't download my e-tickets?

    Your tickets will be available to download shortly before the start of the tournament. An email will be sent to you when they are ready to download. 
    In the meantime, you can find all your orders on your account in the section "My orders". 
     

    What happens if the payment is rejected ?

    If your payment has failed, the order will not be confirmed. It will then be necessary to place a new order with another valid means of payment. 

  2. MY ACCOUNT

    What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

    If you have forgotten the password for your account or if you have problems to access to your account, please click on "forgot password".  
    You will receive an email detailing the process for resetting your password. 
      

    How can I change my password?

    At any time, you can change your password from your account in the tab "My profile". 

    How can I change my email address?

    You can change your email address at any time from your account in the tab "My profile".  
     As a reminder, your email is used as a login to access your account. 

  3. TICKETING OFFERS

    How can I buy tickets for a match?

    This website (tickets.yonexifb.com) is the only official website for purchasing tickets for the Yonex French Open. 
    You can find all our ticket offers on our website.  

    How many tickets can I order?

    You can book up to 9 packs per product and per order.   
    If you wish to purchase more tickets as an individual, a group offer will be available.   
    If you are a company, a club, a works council or an association, you can download the purchase order on our dedicated page (coming soon) and send it to ticket@yonexifb.com completed.

    Which are the different ticket categories available?

    5 categories of seats are available :

    • Category Privilege
    • Category Gold
    • Category 1
    • Category 2
    • Category 3

    What kind of tickets are available for purchase?

    The single ticket allows you to attend the session of your choice.
    The Friday pack allows you to attend the whole day on Friday (afternoon & evening session)
    The Saturday pack allows you to attend the whole day on Saturday (session 1 & session 2)
    The Weekend pack allows you to attend the whole day of Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Friday session 1 + Friday session 2 + Saturday session 1 + Saturday session 2 + Sunday session)
    The 3 day week pack allows you to attend the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday sessions.
    The week pack allows you to attend all the sessions of the competition.

    Are there tickets available at a reduced price?

    Yes, there are tickets at the licensee rate (available for licensees of the French Badminton Federation) as well as a group rate (called tribe rate) for orders of more than 9 tickets or packs.

    I would like to attend a match with my child, does he need a ticket?

    All children, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter the hall. However, children under the age of 3 can enter free of charge. You will have to come to the ticket office and show proof of your child's date of birth to get a free ticket. The parent must keep the child on his or her knees.

  4. B2B TICKETING OFFERS

    I am a club, a company, a works council, an association and I would like to order tickets. How can I do this?

    For more than 9 packs and 9 single ticket (including several matches), companies, works councils, associations, clubs can order tickets directly from our sales department.

  5. ACCESSIBILITY TICKETS

    I have an accessibility requirement (for example I require a wheelchair space or an easy access seat), when can I apply for tickets?

    You might be asked a photocopy of your disability card.
